《快乐，痛苦》
如是我闻：
“人想要快乐，那就是他痛苦的原因； 你愈想要快乐，你就会愈痛苦，
这似乎很荒谬，但这就是根本原因。
人想要快乐，因此他创造了痛苦。
如果你想要摆脱痛苦，你必须摆脱对快乐的欲望 －－－－－－
那么就没有人能使你痛苦。
对快乐的欲望只表示此刻的你是不快乐的，
对快乐的欲望只不过表示你是个痛苦的人。”
As what I heard:
“People hunger for happiness, that is the source of suffering; the more you hunger for happiness, the more you will suffer, this sounds very ridiculous, but this is the main source. People hunger for happiness, so that they created suffers.
If you want to get rid of suffers, you have to get rid of the desire for happiness------
Then, nobody can make you suffer.
Having desire for happiness just to show that you are not happy at the moment,
Having desire for happiness just to show that you are suffering.”

I like this the most (cause practically I cant read others)
I am agree that hoping for happiness will lead for suffering. But if there is no happiness, then what is the point living a life for? Just my 2 cents worth of opinion. =)
